This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time of access, requested page, user agent) in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. We do not combine log data with other data sources.
If you contact us by email, we process your details (name, email address, message content) to handle your request and follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is deleted once no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
For demo appointments we link to Microsoft Bookings ("Book with me"). When you click the booking button you leave our website; Microsoft's privacy statement applies (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.): privacy.microsoft.com. We process the data you provide when booking (name, email, preferred time slot) to conduct the demo (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For award platforms we operate for customers (e.g. on subdomains of laureo-award.com or customer domains), only strictly necessary cookies are used (login session, language preference) — these do not require consent. The controller for data processed there (submissions, jury evaluations, billing data) is the respective award organizer; we act as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR and provide a data processing agreement to our customers. Instances operated by us are hosted on servers in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany).
